Please DO Not make any payment transfer before receiving the confirmation email. Payment is to be made strictly within 48hrs after the confirmation email is sent out by Lacey Diva Spree, if within 48 hrs we never receive the payment the order(s) will be taken as void.
For Pre-Order items: We will mail out the item which you've ordered upon receiving your payment & stock arrival. Kindly note that we only place orders from suppliers for the order(s) which payment in completed.

Q) How do I order the item(s)?

Q) Do you accept meetup?
A) Yes, we do. It is free of charge for below venue/time.
- Ang Mo Kio, Bishan, Yishun (Can arrange appointment)
* A surcharge of S$3.00 will be included should meetup's venue/time is different from above mentioned. (MRT/Central interchange only)
Q) What does Free Size means?
A) Free sizes are similar to adult M size.

Q) How much is the delivery fees?
A1) Normal mail - Package will be delivered to the mailbox directly by Singpost postman. No tracking number is available for normal mail
1 - 2 items: $1.50
3 - 4 items: $2.50
5 -11 items: $3.50
12 items and above: Free Delivery
A2) Registered mail - Package will be delivered directly to the address doorstep by Singpost postman. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip behind in the address mailbox for collection at the nearest post office. Registered mail postage is additional $2.20 to normal mail postage.

3 - 4 items: $4.70
5 - 11items: $5.70
12 items and above - Free delivery
* Please note that Lacey Diva Spree will not hold any responsibility for lost mail.
Q) How long it will take to deliver?
A1) For stocks,upon receiving your payment. The time taken for delivery will be 7~14days.
A2) For Pre-order, normal leadtime for the stocks arrival will be 5 weeks from closing date stated. Assume that payment is completed, we will post out your item(s) immediately after the stocks arrived. The time taken for delivery will be 1~2days.
Q) What if I provided the wrong delivery address to Lacey Diva Spree causing my item(s) unable to be delivered to me?
A) Lacey Diva Spree will not be liable for any loss of parcel by normal mail. So please double-check your information carefully during making orders.
* Hence you're highly recommended to select "registered mail".
Q) Can I cancel my orders?
A) No cancellation of orders once confirmed.
